I miss backpacking. It’s actually more lucrative for me to be outside of the states with my online job, but i also need to go back to school. I have this urge to help my parents out, so that my dad doesn’t have to work so much. Theyre young but theyve been working like adults since high school… since having me.

I feel like I’ve been selfish enough with doing my own thing, but I’m only making enough money so that I can live comfortably. I want my parents to live comfortably now too.

but fuck do I miss backpacking.
